Whitelist Our Email Address

Whitelist our Email Address

When you sign up for our newsletter, you will want to whitelist our email address, as that will ensure that all our emails reach your inbox.

If you are not receiving our emails (and are on our email list), the most common cause is that those emails were marked as SPAM by your Internet Service Provider. Be sure to check your SPAM folder (also called the Promotions Folder if using gmail). There’s a little trick, though, to keep your email from slipping into that SPAM folder - whitelist it.

All emails from us are sent using the name inkWELL Press as the sender, so you can filter your SPAM folder by sender name to quickly find the email. Once you find the email, you will want to whitelist our email address.

Why do I Need to Whitelist?

Many e-mail and Internet companies are now using programs to block unwanted e-mail, often called SPAM. Be sure to add hello@inkwellpress.com to your email whitelist* to ensure the best chance of receiving our emails and updates. By adding hello@inkwellpress.com to your whitelist, you will not miss out on free downloads, sales, product updates or trainings (like your set up videos that come with your planner!).
