Blue Sky the Color of Imagination, LLC (the “Company”) is committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. These core values are fundamental to the way we provide our services and manifest themselves in the design of Inkwellpress.com (the “Website”). It is the policy of the Company that the Company’s online shopping website, mobile applications, and other digital content should be accessible to customers with disabilities including the blind and visually impaired.
To further the accessibility of our digital content, the Company will follow the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA as its accessibility standards for all online products and services that the Company designs, develops and/or procures, in accordance with the Company’s Accessibility Policy. We are continuously working to ensure, within reasonable efforts, that new online products and services available on the Website will be applicable in such a manner as to satisfy and be accessible to persons with disabilities.
While we strive to make Inkwellpress.com as accessible as possible and are currently updating the website utilizing the current WCAG standards, our pages may not always pass online testing or validation tools for preexisting products and services. This is an ongoing process, and we are committed to remedying any such issues. In addition to the Company’s efforts to improve the accessibility of Inkwellpress.com, it urges third-party vendors providing content on its websites to adhere to the current WCAG standard, will provide third-party vendors with a copy of this policy, and will consider compliance with this standard when selecting third party vendors. However, some third-party content that currently appears on Inkwellpress.com is outside of the Company’s ability to control.
Among other things, the Company conducts internal quarterly automated scans and periodic manual evaluations by third-party accessibility consultants in an ongoing effort to help the Company monitor, analyze, and help repair usability issues and discover new solutions to further improve the accessibility of Inkwellpress.com. These tasks include the application of a content development life cycle, design reviews, and quality assurance testing with assistive technology. These tasks are overseen by Co-CEO, Warren Vidovich, and executed by the Ecommerce division of the Company.
As we continue to improve the accessibility of Inkwellpress.com, we will review this policy annually to ensure that it reflects the Company’s efforts and commitment to accessibility.
In order to maintain an open channel of communication with our users, we welcome feedback on the usability and accessibility of Inkwellpress.com. Questions or concerns about the accessibility of the Company’s website should be directed by email to hello@inkwellpress.com.
