Your order will be shipped via USPS mail. Packaged safely in bubble mailer or box depending on size and weight. Currently, we ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Get free shipping when you spend $100 or more excluding shipping and taxes. Gross product sales of $100 to qualify. Promotional discounts will reduce product sale price.

SHIPPING TIMES:
By Selecting USPS Priority Mail, your order will be prioritized in both order processing and shipping.
Priority Mail is our faster option, in many cases, taking 1-7 business days while First Class/Flat Rate shipping can take up to 3-10 days. Tracking will be included with every order.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Standard order processing will be done within 1-5 business days. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. For orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders will resume processing on the following business day (Monday). Orders received after 1PM PST, are considered the following business day. Please see our Holiday Shipping Schedule as well for days we are closed.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
During special promotions and peak seasons, it may take 1-5 business days to process your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Due to unforeseeable occurrences, processing your order may be delayed. Shipping during the holiday season may be slower. Depending upon your location please allow up to 14 business days for delivery during the months of November and December.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE SUSPENSION NOTICE
Effective Nov. 29, 2024, the Postal Service will temporarily suspend international mail acceptance to Canada due to the foreign postal operator indicating that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services as a result of the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers.
Customers are asked to refrain from mailing items addressed to the following country, until further notice:

This service disruption affects Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS), International Priority Airmail® (IPA), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL), Commercial ePacket® (CeP), and M-Bag® items.

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. If your order arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), please send us an email at hello@inkwellpress.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
