Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and, in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your inkWELL Press Planner, we’ll make it easy. We offer returns within 30 days of the original order, however, we do NOT offer exchanges. 

You can return merchandise in new condition, including original packaging within 30 days of original order.*

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.

  1. Contact our friendly Customer Happiness team at using the email address used when placing the order. Please be sure to mention the order number.
  2. We will email you a return mailing label so you can ship us back your items.
  3. Package your items carefully so they arrive to us in the same condition as they arrived to you. Don’t forget to include our Return Merchandise form in your package.
  4. Give your package to your letter carrier or drop your package at the post office - no need to stand in line as shipping is already paid!

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Refunds do not include any shipping fees.

**Unfortunately, due to tariffs and international shipping, we are unable to offer returns on international orders. If you are an international customer and have an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


All inkWELL Press products go through a quality control check before being packaged for shipping. Slight bending in the binding and tabs, small indentations, wrinkles, and slubs in the paper and cover are signs of a hand crafted product. Variations can occur during the printing process. We have learned, over the years, that printing is more of an art, than a science, and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product. These characteristics do not affect the usability of an inkWELL Press product and are not considered damaged.

If you receive your order and find it damaged from shipping or have any issues with it, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, a claim may need to be filed with USPS, or damaged items may be either repaired or replaced with the exact same style item.

If your order is undeliverable due to address issues, we can either resend it to you for shipping cost or we can refund your card less shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
